Location: Remote within Poland

Project: System migration for a large-scale data platform in the energy domain

Project Overview

We're contributing to a 5-year transformation initiative for a client in the energy and infrastructure space. The project focuses on migrating a mission-critical, data-heavy platform from public cloud to a secure on-premise setup. You’ll work in a distributed team of experts, ensuring quality through test strategy, automation, and continuous delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies, aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and test suites for backend and data-centric systems.
• Oversee integration, regression, performance, and acceptance testing processes.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to embed quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and improve test coverage, defect rates, and quality metrics across all environments.
• Ensure testing activities are traceable to requirements and compliant with project standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Experience with test management - planning and executing comprehensive QA strategies across multiple development phases.
• Strong Python scripting skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Proven ability to manage QA strategy in large-scale IT projects.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced level of English (B2/C1).

• Experience in leading test teams, defining KPIs, managing test plans.
• Experience in time-series or data-intensive platforms.
• AWS experience.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar large-scale database systems.
• Background in infrastructure, utilities, or critical systems.
