🔥 We are hiring: Junior / Mid Backend Developer (Python) 🔥

Project focus: computational models for solar panel performance & energy optimization

At MindPal, we build intelligent, production-ready systems used across the energy, education, and HR-tech sectors. Our team in Gliwice works on products that directly influence business outcomes — including advanced tools for designing and optimizing solar installations.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer with at least 2 year of commercial experience who is confident in Python, eager to grow, and ready to work on projects where accuracy, logic, and performance truly matter.

🟪 Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
• Implement computational modules supporting solar panel layout and performance calculations.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Collaborate with senior developers, PMs, and architects on production features and system design.
• Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and R&D initiatives.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

🟪 What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of commercial experience in backend development.
• Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, optimization basics).
• Experience with Git and containerization (Docker).
• Analytical mindset — experience with calculations, algorithms, engineering tasks, or similar problem-solving projects is a strong plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn other technologies (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, AI integrations).
• Communicative English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude, technical curiosity, and a genuine desire to grow your skill set.
