Seize the opportunity to be our Head of Data Engineering and spearhead the execution of a service line strategy that harmonizes with our overall objectives. Your role encompasses not just managing a brilliant team of data engineers and analysts to guarantee top-tier service delivery, but also fostering a culture of growth and upscaling within the team.

As a partner and consultant to our clients, your expertise in data engineering endeavors will shape high-level data solutions and avert challenges that may hinder the expansion and onboarding of new teams. Moreover, you will closely work with potential clients to grasp their data engineering needs, conjure solutions that fulfill those needs, and pre-emptively spot potential issues devising strategic solutions to address them.

By fostering enduring relationships with the clientele and ensuring their continued satisfaction, your role will be instrumental in the success of our data engineering services.

Is this you?

• You prioritize client needs and excel in a "Client–centric" manager's role.
• You boast robust technical skills in data engineering, data architecture, and data modeling.
• You have hands-on experience with data engineering frameworks and cloud solutions.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiar with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• You stay abreast with current and emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics.
• You understand concepts like data warehouse, data lake, cloud computing, business intelligence, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated prowess in building lasting relationships with clients and development teams.
• You motivate teams utilizing Agile values.
• Decision-making, even when challenging, doesn't make you flinch.
• Your English proficiency is top-notch, both in written communication and verbal.
