Opis pracy

March Networks, as a leading provider of IP video software and systems, give Clients the tools needed to enhance security, mitigate risk, and reduce losses from theft and fraud. We offer high-end products in order to satisfy our customers requirements.


Currently, we are looking for two DevOps Engineers to join our team. In both cases, we need candidates to speak good English.


1 DevOps on mid/ mid+ level who will join our scrum team building complex data-driven applications. It is an internal project role, with very close cooperation with the scrum team


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proposing and designing solutions to improve system durability (by monitoring tools and jobs)
  • Continuous review of used companion services and preparing update plans and updates
  • Review, documentation and tests for services scalability
  • CI/CD stack updates and improvements


Tech stack / experience

  • Deploying and maintaining applications/systems on Linux platform
  • Experience in creating Jenkins Jobs and Pipelines 
  • Knowledge of Big Data Technologies (Kafka, Druid, Cassandra, RabbitMQ) 
  • Polish at min. communicative level
  • Possibility to work from our office in Gliwice at least 2 days a week


Nice have:

  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (on-prem, AWS)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or similar technical University degree
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies

2 DevOps on mid+/ senior level who will join our corporate DevOps team and will work across our project's ecosystem.


Tech stack / experience


  • Jenkins
  • Git
  • GNU make, .NET Framework, Microsoft Build, NAnt, Maven
  • Prometheus & Grafana
  • Python, Golang, Bash, Powershell, Batch
  • Docker
  • REST API
  • Strong experience of at least one major cloud providers
  • Experience developing, configuring, and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or GitHub Actions)
  • Practical knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform
  • Practical knowledge of container technologies (Docker) and container orchestration platforms Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Practical knowledge of modern microservices architecture, including scalability, high availability, monitoring, and security practices
  • Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell, Batch)


Nice have:

  • Experience with compliance tools (SAST, DAST, SCA)
