Opis pracy

Growbots was born in Warsaw, Poland in Dec 2014. Today we have around 70 people in Warsaw (HQ, 100% product development), San Francisco and Cleveland (sales).

We connect businesses across the world using our proprietary machine learning. Looks like we are good at that - today we have 500+ clients who love the product.

Currently, we are on the lookout for a Data Scientist experienced with machine learning to join us in working on:

- meaningful vectorization of each company in the world based on texts and content from the company website,
- automatic interpretation of text responses in communication between a company and potential customers,
- algorithm for finding the best new potential customers based on information we have about given product/service,
- machine learning models for disambiguation of company/person profiles from different sources,
and more.

REQUIREMENTS

What skills do we expect?

- strong skills in areas of statistics and machine learning which you can prove
- experience with applying machine learning to real-life problems
- knowledge of tools for machine learning (like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
- very good practical knowledge of one of programming language: Python, C++, Java, Scala
- very good knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Nice-to-have:

- experience with recommendation systems
- experience with natural language processing
- experience with deep learning algorithms
- knowledge of Spark, Docker, Google Cloud Platform
