Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of mobile and web applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions using React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Ensure the seamless integration of backend services with mobile applications to deliver a cohesive user experience.
• Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in mobile development, and incorporate them into the product roadmap as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and deliver on time and within budget.
• Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Job Qualification:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Also, have hands-on experience building web applications using React and NodeJs.
• Proven expertise in React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of their respective ecosystems and best practices. Must be hands-on coding with these technologies.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex, scalable, and high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about innovation, technology, and startups, with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
