Now, you can have the opportunity to join them as a Security Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the security topic (with 2 years in AWS and management experience).

The biggest challenge in the Security Manager role: to ensure the highest level of security for Cleeng's customers' data and their platform's integrity by implementing robust, proactive security measures along with fostering a culture of continuous improvement and vigilance within the organization. 

Your tasks:

• handling security incidents and critical vulnerabilities and driving them to resolution,
• liaising with bug hunters on vulnerabilities (Bug Bounty program),
• managing endpoint device security, including discussions about encryption tools, password managers, antivirus, and VPN tools,
• cultivating a security-conscious culture among employees through regular training sessions,
• overseeing third-party partners, including security auditors, Tugboat, Elba, AWS, etc.,
• assisting Solution Engineering, Sales, and other teams with security-related RFPs from clients,
• designing and conducting response rehearsals for data or security breaches,
• automating or driving the automation of repetitive security-related processes.

What you’ll need:

• min. 5 years of commercial experience in security topic,
• proficiency in AWS security tools like Security Hub, Guard Duty, AWS Inspector, WAF and other necessary tools and services (at least 2 years),
• experience in managing the full spectrum of an organization's security needs, from endpoint device security to cloud and data security,
• strong understanding of vulnerabilities, attack surfaces, critical assets, and risk management,
• proven track record of driving compliance programs such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and financial audits,
• ability to drive projects and processes across the organization,
• excellent communication and collaboration skills - with the ability to influence people and delegate tasks,
• min. C1 level of English both in speaking and writing, so you can easily talk with your teammates and stakeholders,
• min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related topics.

Nice to haves: any security certification(s) would be a great advantage!

Full offer for you:

• 5000-7000 EUR per month,
