Currently, we are looking for a SAP Basis Lead for our team in Poland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Driving the SAP segment at Nordcloud by technically leading and expanding a team of 7 consultants (based in Romania and India)

• Advising our European enterprise customers on SAP based solutions on premise and on cloud, including SAP Hana and S/4 HANA

• Managing and monitoring projects end to end: taking the requirements of the customers, designing the solutions, configuring, performance optimization, testing and support

• Being responsible for the financial performance, compliance and product portfolio of your department

• Keeping your customers and other Nordcloud departments up-to-date regarding the latest trends within the ERP industry

Your key skills:

• An IT degree (or equivalent education) and several years of professional experience as SAP Basis consultant

• Hands on experience with different SAP components (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori/Gateway, SAP BO, BW on HANA, SAP Business Suite on HANA)

• Experience in people management and IT Management (ITIL certification is beneficial)

• Fluent communication skills in English
