Opis pracy

 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Project Manager 🔹

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and execute project deliveries together with the project team and sponsor, following the appropriate project model as described in the delivery guide
• Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth project execution
• Interact, negotiate and manage expectations with senior business and risk stakeholders
• Interact with and manage internal stakeholders and successfully deliver according to the agreed scope and priorities
• Participate in the day-to-day work related to various controls performed by the team

Requirements:

• Have proven track record in leading business risk project management skills
• Be able to document risks and input into a range of project documentation / systems
• Have superior communication, presentation skills and can formulate and follow through on strategies and concepts on a superior level
• Have superior people and stakeholder management skills to provide partnership while aligning and cooperating with internal stakeholders
• Are proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks, execution-oriented, well organized with a structured approach and well-developed co-operation skills.
• Experience within financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring and Sanctions) is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office suite, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel as a minimum.
• Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing) and it is a strong advantage to master one of the Nordic language
