Opis pracy

What will be your responsibilities ?

• monitoring infrastructure and application availability
• resolving reported incidents and overseeing their statuses
• reporting on system availability
• providing support in maintaining the parcel system
• creating reports and analyses resulting from your responsibilities
• creating and updating instructions, knowledge base, documentation 
• analyzing security incidents

What will we expect from you?

• availability for 24/7 shift work
• practical knowledge of basic terminal commands in Linux systems
• experience in checking server/application/system/etc logs
• knowledge of networking issues including knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, ssh, telnet, HTTP/HTTPS
• knowledge of English at B2 level
• willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team
• higher education in the field or final years of studies

Nice to have:

• basic knowledge of SQL query language
• knowledge of system and network monitoring software such as Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, Dynatrace
• experience in administration of web servers
• knowledge of IT security issues and interest in security issues
