Opis pracy

• Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Data Analytics, HR, Business and Administration, or relevant fields. Bachelor's degree in similar fields with an additional two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the Master’s degree requirement.

• At least nine (9) years of experience managing HR systems and data analytics in international organizations or comparable environments.

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring HR systems, including hands-on involvement in system setup and customization.

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM platform to perform configuration and has been involved or have implemented Oracle HCM as a project.

• Strong analytical and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Extensive experience designing and implementing HR dashboards and translating metrics into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• In-depth understanding of HR functions, including talent management, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

• Knowledge of global HR practices and compliance frameworks, particularly in international organizations.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
