Opis pracy

Project & Team

Data Platforms teams are a part of a larger Data Management team that helps our internal customers to develop and operate our data related services such as data lakes, warehouses, and visualization applications in modern cloud environment using the latest technology and methodology. As your first project you would be working in an international cross-functional agile team developing digital solutions to optimize SOC platform solution. The tools are present in AWS and Azure with solutions based on Terraform, S3 buckets and lambda functions and Microsoft Sentinel, Log Stash and Log Analytics

Your Role

• Design and implement data solutions, pipelines, visualization, and infrastructure defined in the product backlogs
• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements
• Review the work of other data engineers
• Transforms complicated business problems into data pipelines
• Contributes to the development, operation and architectural design of complex data platforms
• Take an active role in supporting Junior Data Engineers in their career path
• Actively finds ways to learn from team members and stakeholders, and shares knowledge beneficial to the team

Requirements

 Essential:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or comparable skills
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data application development with Python
• Understanding agile software processes, data-driven development, and data security concepts
• Highly motivated and proactive mentality towards responsibilities
• Willingness and ability to learn more and grow in the role and beyond
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and oral)
• Well-organized and structured working style

Not required, but considered as your benefit:

• Hands on experience with S3 buckets and lambda functions
• Experience on MS Sentinel, Log stash, Log analytics
• Creating and managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform
• Experience with Splunk or other similar tools
