About the role

• You will work as a Business Analyst for client’s market unit Business Banking
• You will develop innovative solutions for online and mobile banking and support leading banks in the design and development of their digital channels.
• Working closely with project management, you will strengthen financial brands by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions that provide added value to the customer.
• You will analyze complex customer requirements (e.g. in workshops with our customers) and develop concepts that can be implemented in software.
• You need tools like JIRA and Confluence to document and manage requirements.
• You will act as a technical advisor and help the customers configure solutions to support their processes.
• You will work closely with an international team to ensure an economical and high-quality software product with the fastest possible time-to-market.
• You will advise banks on new trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar position, e.g. as a product owner, business consultant or application manager
• Nice to have: University degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable
• Strong interest and knowledge of digitalization in the banking or financial services environment (experience with development banks is a plus)
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and structured way of working.
• Experience with agile projects and methods such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage
• Teamwork and communication skills
