Build reliable backends. Solve meaningful problems. Help shape products across education, energy and other technology-driven sectors.


Cooperation Description:

MindPal is looking for a Python backend specialist for long-term B2B cooperation. Project scope, deliverables and cooperation terms are agreed between the parties.

Hybrid cooperation may include in-person project coordination in Gliwice, where needed and mutually agreed.


Scope of Services:

  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations in Python.
  • Design business logic, data models and database solutions.
  • Improve performance, reliability and security.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical consultations and architecture discussions.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial backend development experience.
  • Solid Python experience and practical knowledge of a Python backend framework.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, relational databases and software design.
  • Familiarity with Git and Docker.
  • Ability to solve technical problems independently within an agreed scope.
  • English and Polish at B2 level or higher.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with EdTech or education-related products, welcome but not required.
  • Experience with AI integrations, automation or data processing.
