At MindPal we help companies build AI-powered digital products and scale international tech teams.

We are looking for one ambitious graduate who wants to gain real-world experience in modern B2B sales, AI workflows, and startup business development.

This is a hands-on graduate internship designed for people who want to learn quickly, work with modern tools, and understand how international tech companies grow.

🟪 What You’ll Learn:

During the internship, you will work directly with experienced sales and growth professionals while learning:

• AI-assisted sales workflows,
• outbound communication for the US market,
• startup business development,
• lead generation strategies,
• practical use of AI tools in commercial processes,
• CRM and sales automation systems,
• modern prospecting and outreach techniques.

You will gain practical exposure to real startup operations instead of performing repetitive administrative tasks.

🟪 What you’ll do:

• support outbound sales activities,
• research companies and potential clients,
• work with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Apollo,
• learn modern prospecting and sales workflows,
• help manage CRM and sales processes.

🟪What we’re looking for:

• communicative English (at least B2+)
• availability between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM due to US time zones.
• interest in AI, startups, sales or business,
• proactive attitude and willingness to learn,
• good communication and organizational skills.
