Project Overview

As an AI/LLM Engineer, you will join an ongoing project for a globally known interactive entertainment and technology company. The role focuses on developing and fine-tuning language models to support intelligent, multilingual AI features. You will work with a combination of cloud-based and open-source LLMs to solve real-world problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI solutions using both cloud-based and open-source LLMs
• Fine-tune LLMs for specific, project-driven purposes
• Handle ML training datasets, including preparation, curation, and evaluation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven functionalities
• Write clean, production-grade Python code for ML/AI components

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and ability to write production-level code.
• Hand-on work with both cloud-based and local (open source) LLMs, and fine-tuning them for specific purposes;
• Solid experience working with training and evaluation datasets for ML models
• Strong background in training machine learning models in general
• Familiarity in dealing with datasets for ML training and evaluation;
• Nice to have: experience with working with data in multiple languages. I.e. working on problems where LLMs are required to work across several languages (eg English and Polish)
• Background in Machine Translation specifically would be a great plus
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
