Project & Team

You will join a technology and e-commerce company delivering modern hardware, software, and services for both business and individual customers.

The role is embedded in key business areas and works closely with IT, analytics, and operational teams.

You will collaborate with a team of 4 Data Analysts, external technology partners, and business stakeholders across the organization, with the opportunity to gradually build and shape an AI / Data Science function.

Your Role

As an AI & Automation Implementation Manager / Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven and automation solutions end-to-end — from idea and proof of concept to production deployment and measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and deploying AI and automation solutions end-to-end (PoC → production).
• Analyzing business processes and identifying practical AI and automation use cases.
• Working hands-on with data: data preparation, model training, MLOps, pipeline automation, and system integration.
• Supporting data integration across systems with a strong focus on data quality and availability.
• Building AI and analytical capabilities across the organization in cooperation with business and operational leaders.
• Coordinating work across IT, analytics, and business teams.
• Cooperating with technology partners and vendors to test and implement new AI solutions.
• Gradually taking ownership of team leadership and AI/ML competency development.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with AI/ML solutions or process automation, including independent implementation.
• Strong ability to bridge technical expertise with business needs.
• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Advanced understanding of classical machine learning and deep learning, with the ability to choose the right approach for a given problem.
• Experience working in environments with distributed data sources, systems, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of retail, e-commerce, or services economics (margins, demand, inventory turnover, basket size, campaign effectiveness).
• Practical, hands-on mindset — able to turn data and algorithms into actionable business tools and recommendations.
• Willingness to work hands-on with models, pipelines, and implementations.
• Experience coordinating teams and motivation to grow as an AI/ML leader.
• Very good command of English (documentation, partner collaboration) and Polish
