For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

1st Line Support

Location: Cracow/ stationary work

Branch: project in delivery services

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: Project until 31.12.2023, initial order for one month with possibility of extension

Rate: 45 – 55 PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: 01.09.2023

What will you do:

• Providing 1st level support to end-users, ensuring requirements are fully met according to best practices and processes
• Acting point of contact for all incidents and requests coming via different communication channels i.e. calls, portals
• Handling tickets according to ITIL methodology
• Cooperating with external vendors, 2nd and 3rd line of support

What we expect from you:

• Have min 1+ years of experience in the 1st line of IT Support Specialist role or any similar
• Have knowledge and practical experience with general IT knowledge (infrastructure, networking, software)
• Familiarity with writing and running scripts in Windows
• Good knowledge of MS Azure
• Good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)
• Inquisitiveness in solving problems

What would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of networks and ability to diagnose them
• Knowledge of Active Directory
