Exciting opportunity in Operations Solutions Team located in Szczecin at Demant company.

Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, specializing in operations solutions within the manufacturing and distribution domain.

As a key member of Demant, a leading global hearing healthcare company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex business data to inform strategic decision-making processes. This position is part of our Operations Solutions team, and in the near future, we are set to embark on impactful projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). • Gathering business and system requirements for applications from Manufacturing & Distribution domain as part of global processes from this area.
• Partner with business and IT to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements, needs or opportunities into IT requirements.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with our Stakeholders and external partners.
• Support the business stakeholders and propose the best IT products to support their strategic goals.
• Supporting analysis and problem solving as part of the third level of support.
• Structure business initiatives in IT work packages to be delivered by internal and/or external partners.
• Testing and verification of implemented IT solutions in cooperation with the Stakeholder.
• Documenting training materials and providing training for super users, implementation teams and technical support.
• Analysis of business processes and data flows in area of responsibility supporting the implementation of these processes.
• Work closely with Application Consultants/Specialists and IT architects on a daily basis.

• have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst;
• are fluent in English, enabling you to work effectively in multinational teams on daily basis;
• have an experience with ERP systems (pref. manufacturing and distribution);
• know the principles of business process analysis, modeling and creating technical documentation;
• have knowledge of UML/BPMN notation, MS Visio, MS Excel and PowerBI tools;
• have higher technical education, preferably in IT or manufacturing management-related domain;
• have strong analytical skills, agile mindset and you are a team player;
• have excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies;
• have deep understanding of IT landscape in the functional area.
