REGULATIONS OF THE IT-LEADERS.PL PLATFORM

§1 General provisions
1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for the provision of electronic services by the use of the Internet platform called IT-LEADERS.PL (hereinafter referred to as "IT-LEADERS.PL platform") by TECH HIRE SA with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Dąbrowskiego 77A, 60-529 Poznań, NIP number: 781-20-17-224 and KRS number: 0000881435 (hereinafter referred to as the "IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator”).
2. The Regulations are available free of charge on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform in a form enabling its acquisition, opening, saving, and printing.
3. The Regulations are an integral part of the Agreement (as defined below). The service recipient obliges to comply with these Regulations.
4. The only entity entitled to copyrights and other intellectual property rights (including trademarks, logos, graphics, layout) used on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator.
§2 Definitions
1. The definitions used in these Regulations mean:
1.1. "Job offer" - a paid Job Offer in the field of information technology (IT) provided by the Employer on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
1.2. "Recruitment Package" - the range of available activities and activities carried out by the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform for the Employer as part of the activated job offer.
1.3. "Full Information" - the Employee's curriculum vitae (CV) and other data, including contact details, provided by the Employee in connection with registration to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform; Full Information is made available to the Employer by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform with the prior consent of the Employee expressed in the response to the Job Offer; Full Information allows the Employer to contact the Employee directly
1.4. "IT-LEADERS.PL platform" - as defined in §1.1
1.5. "Work" - cooperation in the field of information technology (IT) between the Employee and the Employer or an entity related to the Employer, regardless of the legal basis of the cooperation, in particular including an employment contract, contract of mandate, contract for performing a specific task or any civil law agreement
1.6. "Employer" - any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality registered on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform as an Employer; An Employer cannot be registered in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform as an Employer and an Employee at the same time
1.7. "Employee" - any individual registered on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform as an Employee
1.8. "Employee Registration Service" - Employee registration service in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database
1.9. "Employer Registration Service" - Employer registration service in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database
1.10. "Initial Information Service" - a service of providing the Employer with Initial Information;
1.11. "Response Service" - a service of providing the Employer with the response to the Job Offer provided by the Employee;
1.12. "Invitation to participate in recruitment service" - a service of making contact by the Employer with specialists registered on the platform and presenting Job Offers to them
1.13. "Full Information Service" - a service of providing the Employer with Full Information
1.14. "Services" - services provided by the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by electronic means using the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, with its range indicated in §3 of the Regulations
1.15. "Recipient of the services" - Employer or Employee
1.16. "Initial Information" - an anonymous profile of the Employee, generated on the basis of the data provided by the Employee in the registration form.
1.17. "Employee's invitation" - an e-mail sent by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform to the Employee to the e-mail address provided by the Employee informing about the Employer's selection of the Employee for further contact with the provision of data regarding the Job Offer, along with the inquiry regarding consent to sharing Full Information for the Employer who sent the invitation.
2. All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Regulations have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. In the case of doubts or discrepancies in definitions or interpretations between the Agreement and the Regulations, the provisions of the Agreement shall prevail.
§3 Types and Range of Services
1. The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform provides, in particular, the following Services to the Employer:
1.1. Employee Registration Service;
1.2. Employer Registration Service;
1.3. Initial Information Service;
1.4. Invitation to participate in recruitment service;
1.5. Response Service;
1.6. Complete Information Service.
2. The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform does not verify the personal data, knowledge, skills, and employment history declared by the Employee when registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database.
3. The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform does not verify the information about the Job Offer provided by the Employer when registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database.
§4 Technical requirements for cooperation with the IT-LEADERS.PL platform
The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform for cooperation with the IT-LEADERS.PL platform requires the Service Recipient to have a web browser with support for HTML 5 and JavaScript.
§5 Rules for using the IT-LEADERS.PL platform
1. Using the Services IT-LEADERS.PL I-platform is possible only after registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database.
2. Each Service Recipient is provided with direct access to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, protected with a login and a password.
3. The condition necessary for registering and starting the use of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is the acceptance of the content of the Regulations.
4. Registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is free of charge.
5. After registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, the Service Recipient uses the login and password to log in to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by entering the e-mail address and the password provided when registering the Customer's account in the login form. Logging in to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform allows you to use the Services.
6. The use of the Services by the Employee is completely free of charge.
7. The use of the Employer Registration and Initial Information Services by the Employer is completely free of charge.
8. The possibility of inviting Candidates by the Employer (using the Invitation to Participate in Recruitment Service and the Full Information Service is payable and requires payment in accordance with the current price list available on the website and the Employer's panel, after logging in).
9. The IT-LEADERS.PL platform is used only to associate the Employer with the Employee in terms of information technology (IT), which means that:
9.1. People who do not have knowledge and skills in the field of information technology (IT) should not register in the Employee database;
9.2. entities that do not seek an Employee in the information technology (IT) field for their own needs should not register in the Employers' database;
9.3. The Employer is not able to search for specialists with a range of knowledge and skills other than information technology (IT) via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
10. Recipients are absolutely prohibited to use the IT-LEADERS.PL platform to provide illegal content.
11. In the case of a change of the data required to the Service Recipient registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, the Service Recipient is obliged to notify the Service Provider about it in order to update this data.
§6 Employee Registration Service
1. The employee registers on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by using the functionality called: "Employee Registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform", accepting the Regulations and performing further activities required by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
2. In order to successfully register, the Employee is obliged to provide the following data:
2.1. first name and last name;
2.2. e-mail address;
3. By registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and accepting the Regulations, the Employee declares that the data and information provided by them are true.
4. In order to present the Employee's qualifications fully and comprehensively, the Platform Operator reserves the right to supplement the data entered by the Employee on the Platform with the information provided by them in the CV document and on the LinkedIn platform. Immediately after the Operator completes the Employee's data on the platform, the Platform Operator will inform the Employee about it by sending an email to the address provided by the employee with a notification about the updated data.
§7 Employer Registration Service
1. The Employer registers on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by using the functionality called: "Employer Registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform", accepting the Regulations and performing further activities required by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
2. In order to successfully register, the Employer is obliged to provide the following data:
2.1. the full name of the company
2.2. business e-mail address of the contact person;
3. By registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and accepting the Regulations, the Employer declares that the data and information provided by them are true.
4. After registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, the Employer receives their own account and can use the Initial Information Service free of charge (review of anonymous profiles of candidates)
§8 Job Offer and Recruitment Package
1. A job offer is created by completing and approving an electronic form available after logging in to the employer's panel.
2. Approving the offer and making the payment will activate the selected recruitment package. The recruitment package is activated no later than within 48 hours of making the payment.
3. After making the payment, the Employer may contact the candidates and invite them to participate in the recruitment. The invitation sent to the Candidate by the Employer to participate in the recruitment process does not bind the Employee or the Employer and neither the Employee nor the Employer is obliged to further contact regarding the job.
4. The IT-LEADERS.PL platform makes a Job Offer available to the Employee.
5. The Employee submits, via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, a Response to the Invitation to Participate in Recruitment with the information about the consent or the lack of consent to provide Full Information to the Employer who submitted the Job Offer. If the Employee does not react to the Invitation to Participate in Recruitment, it means that they do not agree to share Full Information.
6. The IT-LEADERS.PL platform provides the Employer with the Response to the Invitation to Participate in the Recruitment.
7. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is also obliged to display Job Offers on the profile of registered specialists on the platform for the entire period for which the recruitment package was purchased.
8. Active job offers are also widely available outside the platform and promoted by the Platform Operator in Social Media channels unless the Employer deactivates these actions.
9. The job offer should be prepared in Polish, English, or German.
10. The Platform Operator reserves the right to amend the offer at any time in order to ensure the highest possible standard of the offered job offers.
§9 Full Information Service
1. After receiving a positive response to the Job Offer, the Employer has the right to use the Full Information Service, including the Employee's curriculum vitae (CV) and other data provided by the Employee during the registration to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
2. The Employer, immediately after gaining the access to full information about the Employee, is obliged to provide the Employee with the so-called quick feedback on his their status in the recruitment process at the Employer, by the use of the "Feedback" form available on the platform.
3. The remaining recruitment process may take place via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform or outside it, depending on the Employer's choice.
4. The Employer is obliged to inform the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform about hiring the selected Employee.
§10 Remuneration of the IT-LEADERS.PL Operator
1. Fee for activating the recruitment package 1.1. For the provision of the 'Invitation to Participate in Recruitment' service, the Employer will pay the price in accordance with the price list available on the home page at https://it-leaders.pl/dla-pracodawcow.html and in the employer's panel after logging in. The service price is a net price and is expressed in the following currency: PLN (Polish zloty).
1.2. Payment can be made using the Przelewy24.pl service, integrated with the Platform, using all the functionalities of the Przelewy24.pl service
1. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068
2. If the Employer expresses their will to deactivate or delete the Offer before the end of the period for which the Recruitment Package was purchased, the Employer is not entitled to receive the refund.
3. The Employer may contact the Platform Operator's representative in order to establish an individual price for the purchase of more than one recruitment package.
§11 Complaints procedure
1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and the Services may be submitted by the Service Recipients electronically via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by completing the contact form in the "contact" tab or to the e-mail address: office@it-leaders.pl.
2. The complaint should contain a description of the problem (the reason for the complaint) and full information about the entity submitting the complaint, including the e-mail address to which the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator may send information on the method of settling the complaint.
3. Complaints are considered within 30 days in the order of their receipt.
§12 Principles of personal data protection
1. At the time of registration, the Service Recipient agrees to the placement of personal data in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database and processing all their personal data provided during registration by the IT-LEADERS.PL Operator. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition of registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and conclusion of the Agreement.
2. The administrator of personal data is the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator.
3. The Service Recipient has the right to access the processed personal data at any time, as well as the right to correct them.
4. The Service Recipient’s personal data will be processed in order to perform the provisions of the agreement, in this case, the Employee's personal data - in order to make them available to the Employer under the Full Information Service. The Employee's personal data as part of the Full Information Service will be made available to the Employer only in the case when the Employee gives their prior consent expressed in the Response to the Job Offer.
5. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data, appropriate to the threats and categories of protected data.
6. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is obliged to protect personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, interception by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the Act of August 29th, 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. of Laws 2015, item 2135, 2281, and 2016 item 195, 677, as amended d.) as well as change, loss, damage or destruction.
7. In the case when Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform receives information about the use of the Service by the Service Recipient contrary to the Agreement, Regulations, or applicable provisions, the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform may process the Service Recipient's personal data to the extent necessary to determine the Service Recipient's liability, provided that they record for evidentiary purposes the fact of obtaining and the content of these messages.
8. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform may notify the Service Recipient of their unauthorized activities with a request to stop them immediately, as well as to use the right referred to in point 7 above.
9. Consent to the processing of personal data as part of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform may be canceled at any time by the Service Recipient in the form of a declaration sent to the e-mail address: ado@it-leaders.pl. Revocation of consent is tantamount to resignation from using the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and the need to terminate the Agreement and delete the account from the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
10. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is included in the Information Clause.
§13 Exclusions of liability of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator
The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is not responsible for:
1.1. the truthfulness of the data provided by the Service Recipient when registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database;
1.2. the success and course of Employment and Work between the Employee and the Employer;
1.3. the success and course of the recruitment process that takes place directly between the Employee and the Employer;
1.4. any actions of the Service Recipient or a person authorized by the Service Recipient to act on their behalf, including the use of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform not in accordance with its intended purpose and with these Regulations;
1.5. a break in access to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and Services caused by reasons beyond the control of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator and in the case of technical maintenance breaks and breaks related to the implementation of improvements;
1.6. consequences resulting from the Service User sharing unauthorized persons an account, password, login to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform or e-mail address, which is used to communicate with the IT-LEADERS.PL platform or the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator;
1.7. loss of the Service Recipient’s data caused by malfunctioning of the Service Recipient’s hardware, system, or other software;
§14 Final provisions
1. Any disputes arising between the Service User and the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator will be settled by the court according to the seat of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator.
2. The Regulations are subject to the law operating in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Regulations enter into force on the day they are made available on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform. Amendments to the Regulations shall be made available on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and are binding for the Service Recipient in the moment of being shared.

1.11. "Response Service" - a service of providing the Employer with the response to the Job Offer provided by the Employee;
1.12. "Invitation to participate in recruitment service" - a service of making contact by the Employer with specialists registered on the platform and presenting Job Offers to them
1.13. "Full Information Service" - a service of providing the Employer with Full Information
1.14. "Services" - services provided by the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by electronic means using the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, with its range indicated in §3 of the Regulations
1.15. "Recipient of the services" - Employer or Employee
1.16. "Initial Information" - an anonymous profile of the Employee, generated on the basis of the data provided by the Employee in the registration form.

"Employee's invitation" - an e-mail sent by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform to the Employee to the e-mail address provided by the Employee informing about the Employer's selection of the Employee for further contact with the provision of data regarding the Job Offer, along with the inquiry regarding consent to sharing Full Information for the Employer who sent the invitation.

1.1. Employee Registration Service;
1.2. Employer Registration Service;
1.3. Initial Information Service;
1.4. Invitation to participate in recruitment service;
1.5. Response Service;
1.6. Complete Information Service.
2. The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform does not verify the personal data, knowledge, skills, and employment history declared by the Employee when registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database.
3. The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform does not verify the information about the Job Offer provided by the Employer when registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database.
§4 Technical requirements for cooperation with the IT-LEADERS.PL platform
The Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform for cooperation with the IT-LEADERS.PL platform requires the Service Recipient to have a web browser with support for HTML 5 and JavaScript.

§6 Employee Registration Service
1. The employee registers on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by using the functionality called: "Employee Registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform", accepting the Regulations and performing further activities required by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
2. In order to successfully register, the Employee is obliged to provide the following data:
2.1. first name and last name;
2.2. e-mail address;
3. By registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and accepting the Regulations, the Employee declares that the data and information provided by them are true.
4. In order to present the Employee's qualifications fully and comprehensively, the Platform Operator reserves the right to supplement the data entered by the Employee on the Platform with the information provided by them in the CV document and on the LinkedIn platform. Immediately after the Operator completes the Employee's data on the platform, the Platform Operator will inform the Employee about it by sending an email to the address provided by the employee with a notification about the updated data.
§7 Employer Registration Service
1. The Employer registers on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by using the functionality called: "Employer Registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform", accepting the Regulations and performing further activities required by the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
2. In order to successfully register, the Employer is obliged to provide the following data:
2.1. the full name of the company
2.2. business e-mail address of the contact person;
3. By registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and accepting the Regulations, the Employer declares that the data and information provided by them are true.
4. After registering on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, the Employer receives their own account and can use the Initial Information Service free of charge (review of anonymous profiles of candidates)
§8 Job Offer and Recruitment Package
1. A job offer is created by completing and approving an electronic form available after logging in to the employer's panel.

4. The IT-LEADERS.PL platform makes a Job Offer available to the Employee.

The Employee submits, via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform, a Response to the Invitation to Participate in Recruitment with the information about the consent or the lack of consent to provide Full Information to the Employer who submitted the Job Offer. If the Employee does not react to the Invitation to Participate in Recruitment, it means that they do not agree to share Full Information.
6. The IT-LEADERS.PL platform provides the Employer with the Response to the Invitation to Participate in the Recruitment.
7. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is also obliged to display Job Offers on the profile of registered specialists on the platform for the entire period for which the recruitment package was purchased.
8. Active job offers are also widely available outside the platform and promoted by the Platform Operator in Social Media channels unless the Employer deactivates these actions.
9. The job offer should be prepared in Polish, English, or German.
10. The Platform Operator reserves the right to amend the offer at any time in order to ensure the highest possible standard of the offered job offers.
§9 Full Information Service
1. After receiving a positive response to the Job Offer, the Employer has the right to use the Full Information Service, including the Employee's curriculum vitae (CV) and other data provided by the Employee during the registration to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
2. The Employer, immediately after gaining the access to full information about the Employee, is obliged to provide the Employee with the so-called quick feedback on his their status in the recruitment process at the Employer, by the use of the "Feedback" form available on the platform.
3. The remaining recruitment process may take place via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform or outside it, depending on the Employer's choice.
4. The Employer is obliged to inform the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform about hiring the selected Employee.
§10 Remuneration of the IT-LEADERS.PL Operator
1. Fee for activating the recruitment package 1.1. For the provision of the 'Invitation to Participate in Recruitment' service, the Employer will pay the price in accordance with the price list available on the home page at https://it-leaders.pl/dla-pracodawcow.html and in the employer's panel after logging in. The service price is a net price and is expressed in the following currency: PLN (Polish zloty).
1.2. Payment can be made using the Przelewy24.pl service, integrated with the Platform, using all the functionalities of the Przelewy24.pl service
1. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068
2. If the Employer expresses their will to deactivate or delete the Offer before the end of the period for which the Recruitment Package was purchased, the Employer is not entitled to receive the refund.
3. The Employer may contact the Platform Operator's representative in order to establish an individual price for the purchase of more than one recruitment package.
§11 Complaints procedure
1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and the Services may be submitted by the Service Recipients electronically via the IT-LEADERS.PL platform by completing the contact form in the "contact" tab or to the e-mail address: office@it-leaders.pl.
2. The complaint should contain a description of the problem (the reason for the complaint) and full information about the entity submitting the complaint, including the e-mail address to which the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator may send information on the method of settling the complaint.
3. Complaints are considered within 30 days in the order of their receipt.
§12 Principles of personal data protection
1. At the time of registration, the Service Recipient agrees to the placement of personal data in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database and processing all their personal data provided during registration by the IT-LEADERS.PL Operator. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition of registration on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and conclusion of the Agreement.
2. The administrator of personal data is the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator.
3. The Service Recipient has the right to access the processed personal data at any time, as well as the right to correct them.
4. The Service Recipient’s personal data will be processed in order to perform the provisions of the agreement, in this case, the Employee's personal data - in order to make them available to the Employer under the Full Information Service. The Employee's personal data as part of the Full Information Service will be made available to the Employer only in the case when the Employee gives their prior consent expressed in the Response to the Job Offer.
5. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data, appropriate to the threats and categories of protected data.
6. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is obliged to protect personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, interception by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the Act of August 29th, 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. of Laws 2015, item 2135, 2281, and 2016 item 195, 677, as amended d.) as well as change, loss, damage or destruction.
7. In the case when Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform receives information about the use of the Service by the Service Recipient contrary to the Agreement, Regulations, or applicable provisions, the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform may process the Service Recipient's personal data to the extent necessary to determine the Service Recipient's liability, provided that they record for evidentiary purposes the fact of obtaining and the content of these messages.
8. The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform may notify the Service Recipient of their unauthorized activities with a request to stop them immediately, as well as to use the right referred to in point 7 above.
9. Consent to the processing of personal data as part of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform may be canceled at any time by the Service Recipient in the form of a declaration sent to the e-mail address: ado@it-leaders.pl. Revocation of consent is tantamount to resignation from using the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and the need to terminate the Agreement and delete the account from the IT-LEADERS.PL platform.
10. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is included in the Information Clause.
§13 Exclusions of liability of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator
The operator of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform is not responsible for:
1.1. the truthfulness of the data provided by the Service Recipient when registering in the IT-LEADERS.PL platform database;
1.2. the success and course of Employment and Work between the Employee and the Employer;
1.3. the success and course of the recruitment process that takes place directly between the Employee and the Employer;
1.4. any actions of the Service Recipient or a person authorized by the Service Recipient to act on their behalf, including the use of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform not in accordance with its intended purpose and with these Regulations;
1.5. a break in access to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and Services caused by reasons beyond the control of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator and in the case of technical maintenance breaks and breaks related to the implementation of improvements;
1.6. consequences resulting from the Service User sharing unauthorized persons an account, password, login to the IT-LEADERS.PL platform or e-mail address, which is used to communicate with the IT-LEADERS.PL platform or the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator;
1.7. loss of the Service Recipient’s data caused by malfunctioning of the Service Recipient’s hardware, system, or other software;
§14 Final provisions
1. Any disputes arising between the Service User and the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator will be settled by the court according to the seat of the IT-LEADERS.PL platform Operator.
2. The Regulations are subject to the law operating in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Regulations enter into force on the day they are made available on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform. Amendments to the Regulations shall be made available on the IT-LEADERS.PL platform and are binding for the Service Recipient in the moment of being shared.
