Job description

Client: banking industry

Hourly Rate: up to 120 PLN + VAT

Work arrangement: 1 day per week in the office (Gdynia), full-time

For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Technical Support & Adoption Analyst

Work tasks to be carried out:

• Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions
• User communication & support: identify the correct course of action and resolve issue, provide frontline technical support, assisting with issues and guiding users through upgrades.
• Escalating any problems to relevant teams
• Adoption Facilitation: Educate and encourage users on the benefits and usage of the new system to drive adoption.
• Analysing questions to identify any trends to make recommendations for changes and to prevent future problems
• Tracking and reporting metrics/ user feedback

Skills and competencies:

• Preferable knowledge understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and Windows Hello for Business
• Have a customer-service experience: understand user’s problems, concerns and needs
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-management, research and learning skills
• Organizational skills, including planning, critical thinking, attention to detail
• Open minded and communication skills
• Excel skills
