2. The website obtains information about the users and their behavior in the following way:
a. Through information entered voluntarily in forms.
b. By saving cookie files in Data Terminal Equipment.
c. By collecting website logs by the IT-Leaders hosting operator, operating at www. it-leaders.pl address.

Categories of personal data and information in forms
1. The website collects personal data and information provided voluntarily by the user.
2. The administrator of personal data is TECH HIRE SA with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Dąbrowskiego 77A, 60-529 Poznań, NIP number: 781-20-17-224 and KRS number: 0000881435
3. In all matters regarding personal data processing and the exercise of rights related to data processing, one can contact the Data Protection Officer. One can make contact in the following way:
- by e-mail: ado@it-leaders.pl,
- by letter to the address of our registered office specified in point I. above.
4. The website may also save information about connection parameters (time, IP address)
5. Personal data in the form are not made available to third parties, except with the user’s consent.
6. The data provided in the form are processed accordingly to the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form:
6.1. Candidate registration form:
- name,
- surname,
- e-mail,
- password set during registration
This data is collected to set up a candidate’s account, servicing website registration, and the possibility to contact you and provide information about the functionality of the platform.
6.2. Employer registration form:
- name,
- e-mail,
- position
- password established during registration
This data is collected to set up an employer's account, to access an advanced candidate search menu, to browse candidates’ profiles and to have the possibility of contacting them, as well as for servicing website registrations, and the possibility of contacting you and providing information on the functionality of the IT-Leaders platform.
6.3. Data provided by the candidate at the stage of completing the candidate's profile
6.3.1. Data included in the CV (obligatory only when accepting the invitation to participate in the recruitment process)
The data is processed for the purpose of the realization of the recruitment process by a specific
employer, who, after accepting the recruitment invitation, obtains an access to the candidate's personal
data included in the CV and becomes the administrator of personal data in the terms of the present
recruitment (candidate’s consent applies only to a given recruitment).
6.3.2. The data included in the link to the Linkedin profile, provided by the registered candidate (not obligatory), and the data
included in the provided link to the Github profile (not obligatory).
Data is processed in order to complete the candidate's profile on the platform by the Platform Operator.
7. The data provided in the forms may be transmitted to entities that provide certain technical services - this applies
in particular to the transmission of information about the owner of a registered domain to
entities that are operators of internet domains, payment services, or other entities with which the Website
Operator cooperates in this respect (the list in the attachment section to the Privacy Policy)
8. Providing the above personal data is voluntary, however necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose.

Purpose of using personal data
Personal data obtained on the basis of the consent given by the user and other conditions indicated in
the provisions of section 6 of act 1 GDPR are used in accordance with the Regulations of the IT-Leaders
platform for:
a. creating an account, servicing website requests, and the possibility of contacting you and transmitting
information about the functionality of the platform
b. providing employers with an anonymous profile of the candidate and enabling them to present job
offers. Employers gain access to candidates' CVs only after their acceptance of the invitation to the
recruitment process
c. realization of the recruitment process by a specific employer, who, after accepting the recruitment
invitation, will obtain access to the personal data included in the candidates' CVs and become the
Administrator of personal data in the terms of present recruitment (the consent applies only to given
recruitment)
d. helping to complete the profile on the platform (for this purpose we use the data included in the CV, on
the Linkedin profile, and on the Github profile - assuming that these data have been made available to
us)
e. creating statistics that help to understand how the Website is used, which allows us to improve the
structure and contents of the Website
f. maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which it is not necessary to re-enter
the login and password on each subpage of the Website
g. the possibility of sending marketing information (including a newsletter with information about changes
to the platform or selected articles of the IT-Leaders blog)

Transmission of personal data
Personal data will be transferred to the following data recipients:
a. Our service providers whom we will outsource the services related to the processing of personal data,
e.g. IT service providers. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in
accordance with our instructions. The providers have their registered offices in Poland.
b. State authorities, in particular courts, Public Prosecutor's Offices, Police, Data Protection
Commissioner (formerly: Inspector General for Personal Data Protection), President of the Office of
Competition and Consumer Protection, and others, if they request the administrator to disclose such data
c. employers using the website services

Storage of candidate's personal data
The candidate's personal data will be processed and stored until the candidate cancels the consent. The
candidate may cancel the granted consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the address ado@it-leaders.pl
After deleting the profile, the data will be made anonymous, with the exception of the following data:
name, surname, e-mail address, application history, and information on consents (we will keep this data
for a period of 3 years from deleting the profile for the purpose of considering complaints and claims
related to the use of our services).

Sharing of personal data
1. The data can be shared with external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
2. Data enabling the identification of an individual are made available only with the consent of that person.
3. The Operator may be obliged to provide the information gathered by the website to authorized
institutions based on legitimate demands resulting from the demand.
4. Personal data is not shared anywhere without consent. When accepting a job offer and uploading a
CV to the platform, the candidate decides and agrees to share their personal data in the form of a CV.
The candidate also decides which potential employer will be able to see the CV. In this situation, we will
no longer have the administrator status because we only mediate in the exchange of personal data
between the candidate and the employer.

The use of GDPR rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
- the right to withdraw consent to data processing,
- the right to access your personal data,
- the right to request the rectification of your personal data,
- the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
- the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- the right to object to the processing of your data due to a special situation - in cases where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
- the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send the data to another administrator. However, we will only do so if it is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data applies only to the data that we process on the basis of the contract or the consent.
To make use of the above rights, one should contact us or our data protection officer.

The right to file a complaint with the authority
If the users believes that the right to personal data protection or other rights granted under the GDPR
has been violated, they have the right to file a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data
Protection (later: Data Protection Commissioner).

Information about cookies
1. The website uses cookies.
2. Cookies are files containing IT data, text files in particular, that are stored in the website user's Data
Terminal Equipment and are meant to be used by a website server. Cookies usually contain the
name of the website from which they originate, storage time on the Data Terminal Equipment, and a
unique number.
3. The subject placing cookies on the Data Terminal Equipment of the website user and obtaining an
access to them is the operator of the website.
4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a. creating statistics that help to understand how the users use websites, which allows improving their
structure and content;
b. maintaining the website user's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to
re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the website;
5. Software for browsing websites (web browser) usually allows cookies by default to be stored on the
user's Data Terminal Equipment. Website users may change the settings in this regard. The web
browser allows the user to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed
information ale included in the help or documentation sections of the web browser.
6. Restrictions in the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the server
websites.

Server logs
1. Information about some of the users’ behaviors is subject to logging in to the server layer.
These data are used only to administer the site and to provide the most efficient hosting service.
2. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following information may be
saved:
a. time of submission of the inquiry,
b. time of sending the answer,
c. name of the client's station - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
d. information about errors that occurred during the realization of the HTTP transaction,
e. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – in the case when the website
was accessed via a link,
f. information about the user's browser,
g. Information about the IP address.
3. The above data are not associated with individual people browsing websites.
4. The above data are used only for server administration.

Management of cookies - how to give and withdraw consent in practice?
1. If the user does not want to receive cookie files, they may change the browser settings. We would like
to point out the fact that disabling cookies that are necessary for the processes of authentication,
security, storing of the user preferences can make the using web pages difficult, and in extreme cases,
even impossible.

Technical requirements
1. For the proper functioning of the it-leaders.pl website, a web browser with HTML5 and JavaScript
support is required.
2. Website users are required to have the latest versions of browsers and the security systems used for
them.
