Contract: B2B

Salary: up to 120 PLN/h net/B2B (Regular); up to 150 PLN/h net/B2B (Senior)

Location: Remote within Poland

Project: System migration for a large-scale data platform in the energy domain

Key Technologies:

• Python
• Linux
• DevOps / CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Workflows, Terraform (optional), Vault (optional)
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• AWS (optional but preferred)

Project Overview

We're contributing to a 5-year transformation initiative for a client in the energy and infrastructure space. The project focuses on migrating a mission-critical, data-heavy platform from public cloud to a secure on-premise setup. You’ll work in a distributed team of experts, ensuring quality through test strategy, automation, and continuous delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage system environments for large-scale data platforms
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring
• Collaborate with other engineers and teams to ensure seamless migration of systems from cloud to on-premise environments
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, system performance, and scalability
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and security
• Monitor, log, and analyze system health, providing solutions for optimization and efficiency
• Work closely with DevOps teams to improve automation and infrastructure management processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Python programming
• At least 3 years of experience working in a Linux environment
• Experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong scripting skills (Python)
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience working with international and remote teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1).

Nice to Have

• AWS cloud background.
• Previous work with reference projects in utilities, industrial systems, or infrastructure.
