What You'll Tackle:

🟪 Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: You’ll help build and enhance web app functionalities using Ruby and React — nothing too complex, we promise!
• Learning Best Practices: Clean code, test-driven thinking, and git workflows — we’ll guide you every step of the way.
• Team Collaboration: Pair up with developers and QA, attend standups, code reviews, and retros to see how real agile teams work.
• Growth & Mentorship: We invest in juniors. You’ll get support from experienced devs and real ownership of your work.

🟪 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Ruby or Python and/or React/JavaScript
• Some experience working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• You’ve used Git before (even on your own projects)
• You’re eager to learn, proactive, and a team player
• English good enough to read docs and handle simple technical communication

🟪 Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with Ember.js
• Personal or bootcamp projects you can show
