Requirements:

  • Background in Telecommunication or Electronics
  • Good knowledge of LTE, 5G technologies
  • Good knowledge about protocol layers (RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC/PHY)
  • Experience in reading technical specifications (3GPP)
  • Experience with Linux
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)


Nice to have:

  • Beginner or willing to learn: Python, C/C++
  • Experience in planning, performance and optimization of private LTE/5G networks
  • Experience in software testing


Responsibilities:

  • Implementing LTE/5G features in RRC/PDCP/RLC/MAC layers
  • Creating and writing Specifications and Requirements for new features based on 3GPP, ETSI, OpenRAN
  • Planning and optimizing private LTE/5G networks
  • Creating and maintaining test scenarios
